Founded in 2008 in Kocaeli, Turkey Solmazer Machinery, is an engineering company that produces special equipment for the steel and heavy industry sectors. Steel 180 Degree Turn End Caps and Bottom Welded Elbow

Steel 180-degree return end caps seal the ends of pipelines in EAF cooling panels, ensuring leak-proof and safe operations even at extremely high temperatures. Steel butt weld elbows facilitate the redirection of molten metal flow within pipelines, optimizing space and improving flow management in steel plant layouts.

Copper 180 Degree Turn End Caps and Bottom Weld Elbows

Copper 180-degree return end caps and butt weld elbows play an important role in heat transfer within water-cooled panels. Utilizing the excellent thermal conductivity of copper, these components enhance the cooling performance of EAF systems and extend the life of the panels.

We manufacture components with diameters ranging from Ø38 mm to Ø114 mm and offer custom production tailored to project-specific requirements.

Our manufacturing processes are driven by advanced CNC machining technologies. Using CNC Vertical Machining Centers and CNC Lathes, we manufacture each part with micron-level precision.
